Why I Created This Course

It is really important for me to TEACH my clients how to be successful long-term. I found myself teaching my LEAP/MRT clients the same foundational concepts over and over again during our appointments. It didn’t take me long to realize I could save my clients a lot of money, and free up my schedule to help more people, if I offered these in course format, as a prerequisite to working with me one-on-one using LEAP/MRT therapy.

And hence, this 4 Week Jumpstart course was born!

It turned out to be shockingly successful, even to me. I realized that some clients didn’t even need one-on-one work with me after completing the Jumpstart, it was THAT helpful!

 At that point, I decided to offer it as a stand-alone option to people. The teachings in this course are simple, yet powerful habits we ALL need to be doing and teaching to others if we want to reverse this insane chronic disease epidemic we are facing (and our children are facing).

*Never stop medications without working with your health care provider. He or she can help you decide when it’s right for you to reduce or stop your dose. Share this program and your goals with your doctor to make sure it is safe for you. You can complete this program on medication, and then reduce as appropriate as you feel better.

 

**For those of you with serious digestive troubles that severely limit what you can tolerate, I actually recommend working with a Certified LEAP Therapist FIRST, before completing the Jumpstart program. Your CLT will test you for food sensitivities and help you develop a anti-inflammatory diet you can tolerate. Most people improve symptoms by about 70% in 2 weeks working with a CLT.
