Why I am Creating This Course

My own husband suffered from chronic joint pain

He was diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis a few years ago, an autoimmune condition that attacks both his joints and his skin. He is pain-free most days, on no medications, and no longer limited by this disease that once debilitated him- thanks to food medicine.

So I get that joint disease stinks.

But it’s so much more than stiff, sore joints:

  • the way it limits what you can do…
  • the way it makes you feel like a burden…
  • the severe exhaustion…
  • the stubborn, persistent weight gain…
  • the nagging anxiety or depression the often creeps in…
  • the other random symptoms that often accompany the pain, like skin rashes, heartburn, digestive issues, brain fog, high blood sugars… and so much more (P.S. these random symptoms aren’t that random)

*Never stop medications without working with your health care provider. He or she can help you decide when it’s right for you to reduce or stop your dose. Share this program and your goals with your doctor to make sure it is safe for you. You can complete this program on medication, and then reduce as appropriate as you feel better.

**If you are on blood-sugar lowering medications, it is critical that you monitor blood sugars closely to avoid dangerous lows, as this program may help naturally lower blood sugars as well. Talk with your doctor on a plan to adjust medications as needed if you start to see a change in your need for insulin and other medications.
